This is made as a two-piece design-- the Oval has a brushed finish and the crossed rifles has a mirror finish, achieved by polishing. 

Measures 4-3/8" tall X 6-3/4" wide. Each layer is 3/16" thick. 

This heavy-duty hitch cover fits a standard 2" receiver and has 3 sets of holes on the 6" square tubing.
