Refund policy
Each hitch cover from Custom Hitch Covers is handmade by me, with care and attention to detail. Because every piece is crafted individually, we ask that you read the following policy carefully before purchasing.
Product Descriptions and Photos
All product listings include accurate dimensions, detailed descriptions, and clear photos of the actual product style and finish.
Please review all measurements and images carefully before placing your order to ensure compatibility with your vehicle and receiver.
The 2" square tubing on each hitch cover is 6" long and drilled with three sets of holes for flexible fitment.
Starting at the end where the design is welded, it measures:
- 3-1/8" from the end to the center of the first hole
- 1-1/8" center-to-center to the second hole
- 1-1/8" center-to-center to the third hole
These details are provided to help ensure a proper fit before purchase.
Differences in perception, color tone, or size are not considered defects or grounds for return.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only if the hitch cover does not fit at all (for example, if it cannot be pinned in place).
- Small variations, such as the hitch cover not sitting completely flush with the bumper, are normal due to vehicle receiver differences and are not considered defects.
- Returns based on preference, misunderstanding of dimensions, or minor fit variations will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your hitch cover arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom designs, personalized items, and special finishes are non-refundable once production has begun.
