Welcome to Custom Hitch Covers. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Handmade Products
Each hitch cover is handmade by Shawn Jones, owner and fabricator of Custom Hitch Covers. Small variations may occur due to the handmade process. These variations are normal and part of the character of a handmade product.
2. Product Descriptions and Fitment
We make every effort to provide accurate photos, measurements, and descriptions.
Each hitch cover is designed to fit standard 2" receivers, but receiver sizes can vary slightly.
If the hitch cover cannot be pinned at all, we will accept a return. Slight gaps or the cover not sitting completely flush are not considered defects.
The 2" square tubing is 6" long with three sets of holes drilled:
- 3-1/8" from the end to the center of the first hole
- 1-1/8" center-to-center to the second hole
- 1-1/8” center-to-center to the third hole
3. Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States.
- Chrome plated and powder coated hitch covers generally ship within 24 hours.
- Stainless steel hitch covers usually ship within 2–3 days if not in stock. If not, we will email you and please allow 2-3 days to ship.
- East Coast delivery averages 3–5 days, West Coast 5–7 days. Delays up to 2 weeks can occur and are out of our control.
4. Returns
To qualify for a return:
1. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. The item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Warranty
All hitch covers are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you live in an area where roads are treated with salt or abrasive materials, clean and re-polish the hitch cover frequently to extend its life.
For maximum corrosion resistance, consider purchasing an all-stainless-steel hitch cover—contact us for options.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, logos, designs, and descriptions are property of Custom Hitch Covers or its affiliates or licensors and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Custom Hitch Covers is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents involving our products. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
