Warranty Period:
All hitch covers are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered:
This warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship issues including:

• Improper welds or fabrication defects (for example, cracked or separated welds).
• Incorrect fitment (for example, tubing that does not properly fit a standard 2" receiver).
• Premature peeling or flaking of chrome or powder coating under normal use.
• Faulty attachment or misalignment of decorative parts or layers.
• Defective or misdrilled mounting holes that prevent proper installation.
• Damage occurring during normal shipping if reported within 7 days of delivery.

If a defect meeting these conditions occurs, the hitch cover will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered:

• Surface rust, oxidation, or corrosion. Hitch covers are exposed to weather and road conditions that can cause rust or discoloration over time. Complete rust protection cannot be guaranteed.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or minor blemishes.
• Damage caused by road debris, salt, chemicals, or cleaning products.

Rust Prevention:
To minimize rust or discoloration, apply chrome or metal polish to the front, back, edges, and tubing regularly.
If you live in an area where roads are treated with salt or abrasive materials, clean and re-polish the hitch cover frequently to extend its life.

Return & Replacement:
If your hitch cover arrives defective or fails under normal use during the warranty period, please contact us for a replacement or repair authorization. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Fitment Notice
Your hitch cover is designed to fit standard 2" receivers; however, since receiver sizes and depths can vary slightly between vehicles, a perfect universal fit isn’t always possible.

Each hitch cover includes three sets of holes drilled in the tubing to give you multiple pin options and help achieve the best possible fit. In some cases, the hitch cover may not sit completely flush with the bumper—this is normal and not considered a defect.

If your hitch cover does not fit at all (for example, if it cannot be pinned in place using any of the holes), we will accept a return.
